HOW DO I BOOK?
Once we’ve confirmed availability, there are several easy ways to make your booking:

- Full party address
- Contact number for the day of the event
- Name and age of the birthday child
- Time and desired party duration
- Party type (e.g. Gaming, Karaoke, or Both)

HOW DO I PAY THE DEPOSIT?
To secure your TechTruck party booking, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the party.
Deposit Amounts
Monday – Thursday:
60-minute party: £85 deposit | £85 balance
90-minute party: £95 deposit | £95 balance
120-minute party: £110 deposit | £110 balance
Friday – Sunday:
60-minute party: £95 deposit | £95 balance
90-minute party: £105 deposit | £105 balance
120-minute party: £122.50 deposit | £122.50 balance

To request a link, please EMAIL your booking details to us, and we will send your payment link via email.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BOOKING?
Once your deposit has been received, your party date and time are officially secured!
Here’s what happens next:
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
You’ll receive a confirmation message via your chosen contact method (email, WhatsApp, or Messenger), summarising the booking details, remaining balance, how to access your FREE party invitations and any key info.
PARTY PREP ADVICE
A few days before your party, we’ll send a reminder and checklist to help you prepare — including parking requirements, setup information, and what to expect on the day.
FINAL BALANCE
The remaining balance (if applicable) is due on or before the party date. You can pay by bank transfer or request another secure payment link if needed.
ON THE DAY
Our experienced host will arrive in plenty of time (usually 10 minutes early) to set up and make sure everything is ready for your guests to enjoy a smooth, fun-filled party.
