The TechTruck fits a maximum of 12 children. To make sure older guests have plenty of "elbow room," we recommend the following group sizes:
- Junior Parties (Under 12s): Max 12 guests
- Teen Parties (Ages 12–15): Max 10 guests
- Adult & Older Teen Parties (16+): Max 8 guests

Our recommendation is for a 60 minute booking as for singing we find this is enough, however we do offer a 90 minute option for the more enthusiastic groups!

*Please Note:
To make sure everyone gets their moment in the spotlight, we recommend a maximum of 8 singers. This ensures everyone has their own microphone and plenty of room to dance!
- Ages 11 to Adults: Maximum of 8 guests (to keep things comfortable).
- Ages 10 and Under: We can squeeze in up to 10 singers, though we still suggest 8 so that no one has to share a mic!

GAMING & KARAOKE SPLIT PARTY
Can’t choose between a gaming party or a karaoke party? With our Split Party option, you don’t have to! You can divide the time between Xbox gaming and karaoke however you like—whether it’s an even split or more time spent on one than the other.
It’s a great choice for mixed groups or when you want to give your guests a variety of entertainment. Just remember: gaming can accommodate up to 12 guests, while karaoke works best with 8 to 10, so keep that in mind when planning your party.

- ✅ Your time is split however you like between gaming and karaoke (e.g. 1 hour of each in a 2-hour party, or 1 hour gaming, 30 mins of Karaoke in a 90 minute party)
- ✅ Up to 12 guests for gaming, and 8–10 guests for karaoke – plan accordingly to make the most of each part
- ✅ Everyone plays together during the gaming session for a fun, social experience

PLEASE NOTE
The Truck's capacity depends on the activity and age/size of guests. When it’s time for Karaoke, one of our hosts joins the group inside to run the show, which changes the available space!
Option A: The Same Group for Both (Best for most parties). If you want the entire group to do both gaming and karaoke together, we recommend a maximum of 8-10 guests. This ensures everyone has a seat for the whole session.
Option B: The "Switch-Over" (Best for larger groups) Having a bigger bash? We can host any number of guests if you split the group!

Planner's Tip
TechTruck can hold up to 12 gamers OR 8-10 singers (see age guidelines above). As long as you don't mind "swapping" guests in and out, you can invite up to 12 or more! Just remember we can only supervise and entertain those who are inside the truck. If you want everyone in the truck at the same time for the whole party, stick to 8.
